T is obsessed with being outside, even when it's cold. It's a guarantee that when I bring him in, he'll cry begging to go back out.

This week I spent some time in Roswell NM, famous for Alien encounters. Chalk that one off the list!

This story will wretch your heart: I was changing T & he was wiggly, I stood him up to look at our fam pic on his bulletin board. I asked,"where's Dadda?" He wiggled again, so I let him down. He went racing to Jason's office door, which was shut. He made his most earnest noise of "open this door." I did so, he went in & was looking for you. That was where Dada was suppose to he. Broke my heart. We miss Dada/Jason.

Snowbasin Yurt

It's President's Day--to celebrate we went up to Snowbasin w the cub scouts & families in our ward. The 1 mile hike in turned our to be at least 1.5 miles. Fine going down ( boys sledded down). Going up--another story.
We had fun eating treats, drinking cocoa & sledding. It was a bit short-lived, but still worth it. Trip back was slow & steady w Jas & I finally pulling boys in sled.
T slept on hike up, J fell asleep on car ride home & Jas fell asleep in chair afterwards. I'd call it a success!

Old man Jonas

So we're at the table yesterday when Jonas hops up from his chair and says, "I'm going poo. I'll see you in three hours."

Fast forward a couple of months. Jonas just came out and yelling with excitement, "Mom! Mom! I just farted and it sounded like fireworks!" Then he made the best sound impression he could.

Another business trip

My job pulls me on the road for a couple of days each week. I am a bit of a road warrior admittedly. But without queation, Jenn's the real warrior in this story! She loves what she does but its no easy feat to hold down this fort! I know its exhausting and I love her for her many sacrifices!

Last week my travels took me to exciting places like Lincoln and Omaha Nebraska! Both popular tourist destinations. Here's a few picks from that trip.

A random T-Rex on the side of the freeway. Nothing unusual about that. (The boys liked that pic.)
And the Nebraska Corn-Husker stadium. Awesome site! Gonna have to make it to one of those games!
