Keaton Eagle Project

Keat preppingthe troops

Grandma & Grandpa came to support Keat & even took Jude inside for a break from the cold.

Boys enjoyed buying toys/clothes that they would like.
Crazy moment in the check out line. Had to give part of the money counting out many dollar bills that were donated.

At the Christmas Box House. Such a memorable experience for all of us!

Mabi

This is a touching letter from the mother of Mabi, a young girl in Guatemala that our family has helped to provide meals and education for. Mabi’s Dad died of cancer a couple of years back, and her mom has the challenge of providing for 6 children now alone. You can feel her faith in these words.

Thad Baptism

Thad chose to get baptized & become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!

Thad with some of his cousins.

Thad & Nana.

We had a lot of support, here’s only about half of our family & lives ones who came.

Grandpa Scott & Grandma Rita could only come down for less than 24 hours. They came because they know how important of a decision it was for Thad to make.

Thad & his neighbor Kate Chambers shared a special day.

Thad’s primary teachers, The Ericksons, have him a Minky Coutoure Blanket to remind him of the Holy Ghost, The Conforter. He sleeps with it every night.

The Casebolt family gave Thad & Jason marching ties.
Thad has such a big, loving heart! We’re so glad he made this decision & now has the Holy Ghost. He has been reading his Book of Mormon every day since!

Bricking the Hot tub

Jason has tiled, but never bricked before. No matter! It didn’t stop our family from the Wright Project if bricking our hot tub!
Jas worked 8 plus hours straight & o my stopped when I brought him food. He’s an a sing example of working hard for our boys.

Keat & some of his buddies help cut the brick.

Jude is our LEGO expertises so Jason has him place the brick. He worked happily for a long time!

One and Only Pack Meeting for Thad

Cub Scouts & Boy Scouts of America & The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints are officially parting ways at the end of this year (Dec 31, 2019). Thad just turned 8 so he went to his first/last Pack Meeting. Had to snag a few pics of our cute little scout Thad.

Keat’s Photo

We had a wet, rainy day of soccer games yesterday. During Jonas’s game a full rainbow came out. Keat has a back for photography & took some beautiful pics.

Thad Flag Football

Thad a blast this year doing flag football! He was a natural who averaged 1 to 2 touchdowns most games! He even won Most Valuable Player!
Fun story, he was sitting out for a play & was watching the other game next to us. His buddy, Beck, scores & Thad was so excited he ran & congratulated him! I got this text from Beck’s mon, “Did you see Thad come and congratulate beck on his touchdown?! I thought that was the cutest thing ever:) what a sweetie. Big win right there-cheering in others! That & killing it on the field. MVP for sure!

Nighttime Routine

Our nighttime routine consists of prayer, scripture study (if it wasn’t five in the am), potty, brush/floss teeth. If it’s early enough, we read to the you get 3. We just finished Charlie & the Greaf Glass Elevator.

If the boys have any say in our routine (especially Keat) some type of wrestling/boxing occurs😜 He’s always pushing Jason to a battle. It drives me bonkers. Today, I came downstairs to check on all 4 boys who were suppose to be getting ready for bed. It’s an adorable pic-all 4 boys arm wrestling. I showed Jason & said, “one day I will cry about this pic.” Good memory.

Jude’s first haircut

Jude officially turned 5 this week AND got his first haircut!!

Sweet Thad, the Big Brother

Jude has been asking for a kite for a while now. Thad came home from school one day & handed Jude a brand new Batman Kite! He had earned a price over the last few weeks for good behavior. He chose the kite specifically for his little brother💓Jude was so excited!
Today, I was jumping out of the shower & Jude insisted we fly the kite now because it was windy. We got out just in time to gear the first sound of thunder😳 Jason joined us & we tried for a few min u til we deemed it no longer safe. Wanted to capture this memory-the sweet kindness of a brother & the childlike excitement of the youngest.
